25 of My Favorite Easy Dinners (for Back to School!).
I’ve got a whole slew of favorites here for you today!
Back to school recipes, if you will. Super easy dinners in case you’re starting to plan your menu for the week. Tried and trues, flavorbomb bowls and a huge variety of all the things.
Even if you’re not in back-to-school mode (I hear ya!), I always look at this approaching season as somewhat of a reset. It’s my favorite time of year and I love for things to be as relaxed and enjoyable in the evening as they can. It was nearly impossible to pick your favorite 25 meals, but these are some of the highest rated recipes on the site that both you and I love! So if you are into back to school recipes or just super simple (but unique!) dinner recipes, I’ve got your back.

LOVE this so much…I will make so many of these! Might even make the kale sausage lasagna today because I have pork thawed out and kale from my neighbor, except for: 85 degrees and oven. Hmm.
Oh thank you for this! I’m pregnant with SO little energy right now, plus about to start school. Need to go back to your freezer list for postpartum, too!
The chicken and dumplings is one of our all-time favorites! Despite making a double batch, there are never enough leftovers to make all three of us happy.
Definitely pinning this for later! As a mom of four, one pot meals are right up my alley!
Love this post! Can not wait to make some of these recipes. I dropped my sixth grader off this morning at a new school, and I’m feeling all the feels right now.
Thank you so much! Definitely need this with the little ones going back to school

These all look so delicious. I made the rosemary chicken bacon salad and it was delicious. I used fresh rosemary out of my garden which I love doing. I love a tasty and substantial salad. So good. I’ll be making some of the other recipes next.
